Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-06-27
These terms apply to your use of StableDeliver. By using the tool, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — StableDeliver is early-access software.
Early access, provided as is
StableDeliver is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose during this period.
A tool, not a custodian or payment processor
StableDeliver is a tool. It is non-custodial: it does not hold, move, or have access to your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. StableDeliver is not a payment processor, money transmitter, exchange, bank, or escrow service. Payments go directly between the buyer and the seller's own wallet; StableDeliver is never in the path of funds.
Crypto payments are irreversible
Blockchain payments are final and cannot be reversed. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong chain, in the wrong asset, or in the wrong amount may be permanently lost and are not recoverable by StableDeliver. Buyers are responsible for sending the exact amount to the exact address shown, on the correct chain, and for providing a correct transaction hash and contact details.
StableDeliver does not process refunds, reversals, or chargebacks, and does not hold funds in escrow. Any refund or dispute is handled directly between the buyer and the seller. Manual verification may take time; delivery is not automatic or instant.
The seller is responsible for verification and delivery
Verification is manual. The seller is solely responsible for verifying each payment on-chain — confirming the token, amount, destination address, and confirmations using a public block explorer — and for delivering the product, file, key, or access to the buyer. StableDeliver does not verify payments for you and does not deliver on your behalf.
Your responsibilities and compliance with law
You are responsible for your own use of StableDeliver, including how you sell, what you sell, taxes, refunds, and disputes with your buyers. You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your activity. You may not use StableDeliver for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableDeliver and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool, including lost funds, failed or fraudulent payments, missed or mistaken deliveries, or downtime. You use the tool at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
Because StableDeliver is in active early development, these terms may change as the software changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
